Nattiq’s Chief Technical Engineer, Mr. Mohammed Ramadan, delivered a custom training targeted for blind employees in call centers. Four Omanies were placed in competitive jobs in Call Centers used by Telecom companies. Mr. Ramadan created the required map files and scripts required to for Hal screen reader to access database and communication software deployed in such centers.
Nattiq is pleased to announce the availability of another Braille Sense Plus upgrade. Arabic Version users benefit most from the upgrade. Another group of users who require English based Braille Sense Plus with some Arabic capabilities may also benefit from the upgrade. Two different flavors are available accordingly.
An important part of our business is to raise awareness about Adaptive Technologies through out our communities. I had the opportunity to appear at Dubai’s Eye Middle East’s only dedicated English language talk station in the Business Breakfast’s show. Here is the link for the interview.
Funded by Alnoor Association in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Friends of the Blind Association in Ramallh distributed 50 lap tops equipped with Hal to blind candidates who could utilize the equipment at work or school. The distribution of the gifts was conducted in a ceremony attended by Her Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs in the Palestinian Authory Madam Majida Almasri.
