Being on the road lately, I became aware of a very important observation. The level of awareness, at the minds of blind users, has improved noticeably as to what is important in dealing with adaptive technology companies in the Middle East. Up until 5 years ago, people didn't understand the concept of customer service in this part of the world as it was completely absent.
We are very pleased with the participation and feed back we are receiving on our Arabic version of the website as the majority of the people we serve interact in Arabic.
I intend to maintain a log in order to keep all of our friends informed on the latest development in the field of visual impairment technology in the Middle East.
