Four Omanies Obtain Employment in Call Centers

Nattiq’s Chief Technical Engineer, Mr. Mohammed Ramadan, delivered a custom training targeted for blind employees in call centers. Four Omanies were placed in competitive jobs in Call Centers used by Telecom companies. Mr. Ramadan created the required map files and scripts required to for Hal screen reader to access database and communication software deployed in such centers. The initiative was launched by a private Omani company.
