بعد غياب استمر لمدة ثلاثة أعوام، عدت إلى أمريكا مرة أخرى وسرعان ما تذكرت الأيام الجميلة التي كنت أقضيها فيها قبل إطلاق شركة الناطق ونقلها إلى الإمارات، شعرت كم أنني أطلت الغيبة عنها لدرجة أنني إفتقدت المظاهر الجميلة فيها والي يصعب إيجاد بديلا لها في أي بقعة من بقاع العالم. أما أهم ما استمتعت به فهو تفاعل العامة ومدى الحيوية واللطف والأدب الذي تراه من عامة الناس في المنشآت العامة والخاصة.
ومن أهم المظاهر البسيطة التي استمتعت بها هو صعودي إلى الحافلة التي قادتني إلى النُزُل والسماع إلى سائق الحافلة يرحب بكافة الركاب وهو يوفر لهم شرحا سريعا عن الخدمات التي توفرها الحافلة مثل المقاعد المريحة وأزرار التحكم في وضع مَسّنَد الظَهر وفوانيس القراءة وغيرها بالإضافة إلى خدمات الإنترنت السريع لمن يصطحبون أجهزة الحاسوب المحمول. سررت بهذه الخدمات وقمت في الحال بإخراج جهاز الحاسوب المحمول وبدأت في كتابة هذه الرسالة السريعة من على الحافلة وهي تشق طريقها إلى الفندق.
لم تزل الخدمات الراقية في أمريكا في أوجها.ولم تزل المعاملة الحسنة والتفاعل الصديق كما يجب. وأتطلع لقضاء أوقات مفيدة وممتعة في معرض CSUN.
