يستخدم البرنامج في إنشاء الكتب أو الملفات الناطقة. ويستطيع المستخدم تحويل ملفات الورد إلى ملفات ناطقة بصورة فورية بمجرد الضغط على زر واحد. والمثير للاهتمام أن الملفات الصوتية المُنشأة تكون سهلة التصفح للكفيف.
طريقة التنصيب
عند تنصيب البرنامج، يتم إضافة شريط أدوات خاص بالبرنامج ضمن شريط أدوات ميكروسوفت ورد كما يتم إضافة واجهة مرئية لأزرار تشغيل البرنامج.
