Up until 5 years ago, people didn't understand the concept of customer service in this part of the world as it was completely absent.
Nattiq urges all qualified Hal users to apply for a certification program which enables them to be certified Hal trainers. Due to the popularity of Hal in the Middle East, requests for training from beginners as well as intermediate Hal users continue to be received by Nattiq Technologies. Candidates must meet certain conditions to qualify for the certification.
A week long training on Arabic Hal screen reader started on July 7th 2007 and will continue until June 12. Kuwait Association for the Blind recently acquired a number of Hal packages and offered its members introductory and advanced training on Hal. The screen reader is becoming increasingly popular in Kuwait and demand for it is increasing.

Nattiq's and Dolphin's technical support team reported additional enhancements to existing Word XP and Word 2003 map file. Selecting and cutting a piece of text will be spoken. Pasting the selected text will automatically speak the text being pasted. Other bug fixing included appropriately announcing bold, italics and underlined texts.

Results may be spoken in digits and units. The displayed numbers can be repeated by pressing the REPT button. Separate keys are available to set up the Clock and Alarm. The big 10-digit LCD feature numbers that are 15mm or .6" high.
