الشركات والمؤسسات تبحث عن المكفوفين الإماراتيين المؤهلين بفضل جهود مركز تمكين Blind Emaraties Are Sough Out by Companies

مركز تمكين يُخرج العشرات من المكفوفين المؤهلين في كل سنة والشركات والمؤسسات الإماراتية تتسابق في توظيفهم.فمن المعلوم أن هناك عدد من الشركات المستعدة لتوظيف المؤهلين من المواطنين في الإمارات حيث يعمل مركز تمكين على إعدادهم لوظائف مرموقة.
هذه ظاهرة متميزة لاحظتها الناطق وطرحت على المسئولين في مركز تمكين عقد عدة لقاءات لمناقشة كيفية الإستفادة من تجربة مركز تمكين الرائدة لكي يستفيد منها الكفيف العربي القاطن في أرجاء الوطن المختلفة.
إستجاب مركز تمكين لهذه المبادرة حيث تم الإجتماع مع مسئولين من المركز وعدد من الخبراء البريطانيين في المركز والذين إقترحوا إطلاق إستبيان يتم جمع المعلومات الضرورية لوضع برنامجا تدريبيا متكاملا للكفيف القادم لتلقي التدريب في دبي.
وسوف يتم إطلاق الإستبيان في غضون أيام أو أسابيع قليلة على الأكثر ونأمل في أن يغتنم الكفيف العربي فرصة الإستبيان للتعبير عن إحتياجاته وطموحاته.
