Nattiq's specialized technical team completed the required work to make a popular Cisco communication solution accessible to new blind employees at Dubai Internet City.

The new employees are able to cope with their work loads in call centers through Hal and its powerful features. Typical screen reader software are not able to access call center solutions as substantial modifications have to be conducted to the existing software's code. Hal's flexibility enables it to acclimate with existing software through its Training feature which enables users to generate what is reffered to as map files for non-accessible solutions. Map files enable full access to such applications.

Hal continues to be the favorite screen reader in the various global organizatins in the UAE. Blind job seekers find it necessary to obtain proper training on Hal as it is becoming the standard screen reader in such organizations.
