Focus Group Concludes: Nattiq is Number One in the Middle East

A focus group met online yesterday, Saturday June 2nd, through Skype and discussed adaptive technology companies in the Middle East. Representatives from all competing companies were invited to interact with the group.

Nattiq's Mohammed Al-Shara' attended the group's discussion. He took many questions and comments and provided technical answers to some of the group's members. The group participants represented a sample segment of blind Arab users in the Middle East. Their countries of origin included Jordan, Saudi, Bahrain, Morocco and Egypt among other countries. The group's facilitator took a poll at the end of the discussion to choose one company as the one which best served their needs. The group concluded that Nattiq excelled in technical support and speed of service in addition to the quality of the products it offers.

The focus group was organized by the Blind Arab Net forum which organizes focus groups and technical net gatherings.
