كافأت منظمة الحواسيب البريطانية British Computer Society كُلاً من برنامجيْ هال وسوبرنوفا بمنحهما ختم الجودة نظير الجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها شركة الدولفين في تطوير برامجها القارئة للشاشة. وعلى وجه الخصوص أشادت المنظمة بجهود الشركة في العمل على دعم إمتحان الرخصة الدولية ICDL حيث خصصت شركة الدولفين مصادرَ غير قليلة لتطوير الدعم الشامل لإمتحان الرخصة الدولية للكمبيوتر.
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن شركة الناطق عملت بصورة مكثفة مع شركة الدولفين على تطوير الإصدار العربي من برنامجي الهال والسوبرنوفا حيث تربط الشركتين علاقات إستراتيجية متينة تهدف إلى خدمة الكفيف في الوطن العربي.
ويستخدم الهال عدد من المراكز في الوطن العربي لتدريب المكفوفين وذلك للإستعداد لنيل إمتحان الرخصة الدولية للحاسب. وتعمل شركة الناطق مع حليفاتها الاستراتيجية من الشركات العالمية على تقديم العروض على برامج الهال والسوبرنوفا لكي يتمكن عدد أكبر من المكفوفين من إقتناء مثل هذه البرامج الشهيرة.
