Easy Producer and Navigating through Headings

It is important to highlight some of Nattiq's customers' comments and feedback. In this news item, we highlight a feature by Easy Producer. EP converts regular standard Word documents to Digital Audio Books, DTB. while navigation with DAISY based players, hardware and software, is more flexible, users of main stream MP3 players hope to obtain better navigation.

If a book is produced by Easy Producer knowing that headings were automatically inserted in the book, users of MP3 devices will be able to obtain a higher level of navigations. Pressing the next button on the MP3 player causes the player to jump to the next heading.

This feature is welcomed by Easy Producer users and may help promote faster creation of DTBs.

Nattiq continues to work on raising awareness about accessible DTBs in the region. We are pleased to see a selection of E-Books being produced and distributed by some of Nattiq's customers. We encourage you all to obtain copies of some of the books which are provided free of charge on www.blindarab.net. You can play such books on your standard MP3 players.
