Hal's SAM Driver and Better Support for Handy Tech Braille Displays

Dolphin and Handy Tech cooperated to improve SAM support for Handy Tech's Braille displays. SAM is a device manager which helps Hal interface with various devices from third party manufacturers. Braille Wave and Braillino users will be able to connect their Braille displays easily to their PCs with Hal running. Both Dolphin and Handy Tech are committed to the localization of their products into Arabic.
